Evening and Weekend Appointments
Evening and weekend appointments are available with GPs, practice nurses and other healthcare professionals for routine pre-booked services.
About the Service
As a PCN we have arranged for additional appointments to be provided outside of normal GP practice hours at Cleveleys Health Centre.
The service offers pre-bookable and same-day routine primary care appointments with a range of clinicians including GPs, nurses and health care assistants.
Please be aware that this is not a walk-in service – you must have an appointment.
Out-of-hours Service
During the hours when the surgery is closed and when it is a non-emergency situation, please telephone 111.
This will connect you to the national NHS 111 service, who will assess your condition and direct you to the local service best suited to your needs.
NHS 111 is available 24/7 and is free to call from both landlines and mobiles.

Same Day Health Centre
The Same Day Health Centre is available to all patients between 8am and 8pm 7 days a week. They are available for minor injuries and ailments.
This is now a walk-in centre so no appointment is needed, however if you need to contact them please call 03001231144.
The SDHC also offer appointments for blood tests, smears, blood pressure checks, wound dressings etc. Please ring them to book in for these.
