In JUNE, Thornton Practice had a total of:

  • 144 missed face to face appointments with our clinicians.
  • 162 missed telephone appointments where patients did not answer a pre-arranged call.

Missed appointments heavily contribute to reduced appointment availability – Please let us know if you can’t attend your appointment!
