Appointments

All consultations at the surgery are by appointment only.

How to Book an Appointment

To help us prioritise appointments, the practice operates a system of telephone triage where we can usually offer same day or next day appointments. Our pre-bookable appointments can be made up to 7 days in advance.

Make an appointment to see your GP or Practice Nurse telephone the surgery on 01253 95 62 82.

If you are too ill to come to surgery you can request a home visit. Please call the surgery before 11am and provide as much detail as possible to allow the doctors to plan their rounds and decide which cases need to be seen first.

If you wish to speak to the doctor over the phone, please contact reception and explain the nature of the call. The Patient Advisors will assess if this is most appropriate and arrange for the GP to call you back.

There may be a requirement for you to send through a photograph to help the doctor to diagnose and treat your condition. Please see the following link to get tips on how to send a good useful photograph:

Evening and Weekend Appointments

The Practice can arrange for you to be seen at the weekend or in the evening. These appointments are held at Cleveleys Health Centre but are booked by our Patient Advisors.

We can offer GP/ANP appointments along with Practice Nurse appointments for bloods, smears, ear syringing, dressing changes and ECGs.

For more information call our Patient Advisors on 01253 956 282.

If you have booked an appointment and need to cancel it you will need to contact Cleveleys Group Practice directly on 01253 952950.

Cancelling an Appointment

To help us offer appointments as soon as possible to as many people as possible, please cancel any appointments you no longer require.
